Know what comes next.

Who gives me my login details?

Your recruiter or HR team creates your invitation in InFrame. The application generates the credentials; your recruiter shares them with you. You do not make up a code or register yourself.

Interview ID: Usually FR- followed by 12 letters/numbers, for example FR-A1B2C3D4E5F6. Copy the entire value from your invitation.
Access code: Exactly six digits, for example 123456. No spaces, letters, or punctuation. This is an interview credential, not a code sent by SMS.
Temporary password: A separate application-generated password. Copy it exactly; letter case matters. Do not enter your email password.
Expiry: Included in the invitation. Complete your interview before it expires; ask your recruiter for a new invitation if necessary.

These examples explain the format. They are not active login credentials.

Candidate walkthrough

Open the sign-in link your recruiter provided. Enter the Interview ID, access code, and temporary password.
Read the welcome page. Check the number of questions and total time, then read and accept consent.
For video, enable your camera and microphone when your browser asks. Speak to confirm that the microphone meter responds. Written interviews continue without these devices.
Make a practice recording and play it back. Practice stays on your device and is not submitted. For video, a practice recording is required before starting; use it to confirm the picture and sound. For written interviews, enter a practice answer.
Click Start my interview only when you are ready. This starts the overall timer.
Read each question during preparation. When preparation ends and your camera is ready, recording starts. Finish early or let the response timer stop it automatically.
If enabled, you get one retake. Select it within five seconds of stopping; it starts immediately and uses the remaining response time. The timer never restarts.
Click Submit answer & continue. At the response deadline, the app also attempts submission automatically. Keep the page open during upload.
Wait for the submitted confirmation before closing the window. Your recruiter will contact you about next steps.

Refreshing does not reset timers. Completed recordings are temporarily saved in this browser for recovery when browser storage is available. An interrupted recording is not recoverable; keep the page open until upload is confirmed. Contact your recruiter before starting if you need an accommodation.

If something goes wrong

Missing credentials: Contact your recruiter. All three fields come from the same invitation.
Code rejected: Use exactly six digits without spaces. Check that you paired the code with the correct Interview ID and password, and that the invitation has not expired.
Too many attempts: Wait 15 minutes before retrying. Ask your recruiter to confirm your invitation first.
Camera or microphone unavailable: Allow browser permissions, close other apps using the camera, and try Reconnect devices. Select a different camera if the preview is blank; avoid an infrared or Windows Hello camera. Check the same link in Chrome or Edge if the embedded browser does not show a permission prompt. If permissions are denied, update them through your browser’s site settings.
Upload failed: Keep the page open and retry while the upload window remains. If it expires, use the option to continue after the missed response and notify your recruiter.
Interview paused or closed: Contact the hiring team. Do not assume the timer has stopped.
